"Warranty claim went nowhere"
I reached out thinking the warranty would actually mean something, and at first I was calm about it. Then after getting nowhere and feeling like they just didn’t want to help, I was annoyed. Not the experience I expected.

"Uh, I just never really felt steady on..."
Uh, I just never really felt steady on this board. It kept wobbling the whole time, and I didn’t feel safe enough to stand up comfortably.

"Still holding up really well"

"Customer service just never replied"
I sent a bunch of messages to customer service and just... nothing back. I kept waiting thinking maybe they would answer later, but nope. It was frustrating, because I was just trying to get some help and it kind of felt like my messages went nowhere

"Return took way too long"
Returning my order ended up being more of a hassle than I expected. I had to go back and forth over email a few times, and the weird part is the instructions still didn’t feel very clear after all that.

The refund did come through eventually, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but it took longer than it should have. Not the worst experience ever, but I probably wouldn’t order again unless I was really sure about the sizing.

"Shipping took way too long"
Yeah... the shipping just took way longer than I expected. I was kind of waiting around for it, it felt like too much of a delay.

"Missing parts made it frustrating"
I ordered from niphean.com and was disappointed when the accessories in the box weren’t complete. A few small parts were missing, so I couldn’t even use it right away. Compared to other orders I’ve placed before, this felt more annoying because I had to contact support and wait for it to get sorted out. Not the smoothest experience honestly.

"Inflating it was honestly a hassle"
I’m not saying it’s a bad product or anything, but pumping it up took way longer than I expected. By the time it was finally ready, my arms were already exhausted and I hadn’t even gotten out on the water yet

"Works well, just a little noisy"
The pump works well overall. It has good pressure and starts up easily, which is what I needed. It is a bit louder than I expected though, not sure if that’s normal for this kind of pump, but it definitely makes some noise.

"Ordering was more of a hassle than I expected"
I ordered from niphean.com, and the whole thing was more annoying than it should’ve been. The site felt slow on my end, and the checkout steps weren’t as clear as I’d expect, so I kept second-guessing whether my info was actually entered correctly.

I did get the confirmation eventually, so it worked out, but I was left feeling irritated by the process. It wasn’t a total disaster, but little issues kept piling up and made the experience feel messy instead of easy.

"Maybe it’s just me, but it feels a little cluttered"
The site does work, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but maybe it’s just me, the design feels a bit messy. Some pages seem really crowded, and the colors don’t feel like they go together very well. I also got a little confused by the layout in a few spots. It’s definitely usable, but I think it would feel a lot better if it looked cleaner and a bit more modern

The board looks nice and feels okay overall. I can’t say it ain’t decent for the price, but a few parts don’t feel all that sturdy. It’s not terrible or nothing, just kind of average.

"Packaging held up well"
I’m sure this showed up earlier than I expected, or maybe I got the dates mixed up, but either way it arrived in decent shape. The packaging was good overall, with no major dents or anything broken. The box had a small scuff on one side, but everything inside was totally fine. Maybe a little extra padding would’ve been nice, but I’m happy with how it came

"Not really worth the money"
The board looked nice when I first got it, but for what it costs, I expected better quality. A few parts just feel kind of cheap, and when I reached out to support, it took a while to get a response. When they did reply, I felt a bit talked down to, which made the whole thing more frustrating. It works, sure, but I don’t think I’d buy it again

"Not gonna lie, I thought setting this..."
Not gonna lie, I thought setting this up would be straightforward, but it ended up being kind of frustrating. The steps weren’t super clear, so I kept having to go back and double-check things. It definitely took way longer than it should have.

"Not the easiest to take with you"
The bag feels cheap, and carrying the board around is just awkward. I was hoping it would be more travel-friendly, but it’s really not great for bringing on the go.
